For over 25 years, I have been supporting people to declutter and have seen first hand the impact that clutter has on our lives and our health and our happiness. And how, with support, decluttering, tidying, and organising your home can not only alleviate negative feelings but also increase our feelings of positivity and happiness.
And quite simply, life is much easier when your house feels like a home and is clutter-free!
Most of us have an issue with clutter. It may just be confined to one small area of the house or it could be that many parts of your home feel cluttered. Clutter often reflects our state of mind.
Letting go of the clutter can free up space, time, and energy so that you can get on with more important things.
However, as a Life Coach, I understand that there are many psychological and emotional reasons behind the clutter and that our sessions together are not just simply getting organised but supporting you through the process of working through issues connected with the clutter. For example, we often avoid dealing with stuff as it may remind us of the things that didn’t work out in our life.

Packages:
I normally offer a decluttering session of 4 hours (we can achieve so much in that concentrated block of time), however, this is negotiable. I also can create packages of several sessions depending on how much we have to work through.
