Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is well researched as an effective way to reduce negative thinking and rumination and in turn reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. In fact in groups 75% of participants reduced their perceived stress levels from high to moderate and a further 20% reduced their levels to LOW. Furthermore, they all significantly reduced their rumination by 25%-50%. And that is with just a minimum of 3 hours of meditation!
This group is for you if you experience one or more of the following:
- Have negative thoughts and limiting beliefs that are affecting your enjoyment of life
- Experience feelings of anxiety and/or stress
- Suffer from Imposter Syndrome
- Frequently ruminate and can't break out of it
- Are interested in mindfulness and meditation

- Want to learn ways to break the cycle of negative thinking
