21 Day Self Compassion Journey

Here's what self compassion can do for you:
From my personal experience and my extensive work supporting women with negative thinking and limiting beliefs, I know that cultivating a practice of self compassion is a powerful tool to train our brains to become more positive. I have created a short programme designed specifically for women who feel stuck and held back by their limiting and negative thoughts and have had tremendous results with it. In my last group 50% of participants increased their self compassion rating from low to moderate self compassion and 30% increased their self compassion from low to HIGH. And that was with just 5 minutes a day for 3 weeks!
This group is for you if you experience one or more of the following:
- Struggle with negative thoughts
- Are held back by limiting beliefs
- Suffer from Imposter Syndrome
- Struggle to show compassion and kindness to yourself
- Are hard on, and critical of, yourself
- Have low confidence and self esteem
Outline:
The group starts regularly and lasts for 21 days.
Day 1 Introduction to self compassion and the research on how and why it works. Followed by a 10 minute self compassion meditation (90 mins).
Days 2-6 Will be daily guided self compassion meditation together (10 mins).
Day 7 Meditation and check in with Q&A (30 mins)
Day 7-14 self directed mediation with check in and meditation on day 14 (10 minutes per day and 30 minutes on day 14)
Day 15-21 Self directed meditation. (10 minutes) with wrap up session and meditation on day 21 (30 minutes)
It is ok if you cannot attend every single group meeting.
The course will take place on zoom and in a private support group.
As a part of the journey, there is a self compassion assessment at the start and at the end of the 21 days to assess the impact of the course on your level of self compassion
